Rachel helps her clients take back control, armed with a greater knowledge of their own individual health and nutrition; a greater understanding of what and when to eat and a greater appreciation for what to take out and what to put in when fuelling their body.
Rachel’s philosophy is anything but a one-size-fits-all approach. Every consultation programme is different, and tailored to the clients own unique health goals.
