Shirli is a truly special teacher. Her knowledge extends way beyond yoga into nutrition and overall wellbeing. She inspires confidence and trust, always with a smile. Her workshops and classes are fun and enlightening. As a speaker she is authentic and confident. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her.

We have worked with Shirli Muldoon here at Aura Leisure over the past number of years! Shirli delivered yoga to both children and Adults and I have to say she was exceptional in her passion and delivery! She lives, eats and sleeps what she does! She brings such positively and enthusiasm to every class and her participants loved her! I wish her the very best in all of her endeavours

I would be lying if I said all students were keen to participate. I did have to coerce many of our male Rugby students through the door. However, I wish I could bottle up their gratitude and appreciation for yoga when they were leaving the class.
It was amazing. Loved having Shirli and would recommend her for school group classes, adult classes and personal one to one class.
A joy to be around.

As team leader for World Skills Ireland, I contacted Shirlí to assist with the team’s preparation before their competition in Abu Dhabi. During their session with Shirlí they learned techniques to help them feel calm and in control which they implemented at the World Skills event. Shirlí was definitely able to connect with the team.

Shirlí has been teaching yoga and meditation classes in our office for the past 3 years. She creates a warm and positive environment and we leave the classes feeling positive and ready for the day ahead. She was also a part of our wellness day when management invited her in to give workshops on meditation.
