The zoom sessions are online and recorded so you can playback in your own time but it is highly recommended you attend these live to receive maximum benefit.

The fortnightly get togethers are optional but a wonderful way to connect with one another.  They will be in Co.Louth/Co.Down

 

Friday 17th May: Prep weekend, you will receive a shopping list and guidelines for what is to come.

Monday 20th May: Program begins!   We kick off with an in-person get together in the Thomas Davis Centre, Newry at 7:00pm to 8:15pm.

This is an opportunity to meet your teachers, ask any questions you may have and connect with your fellow participants.  It will also be streamed via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.

Monday 27th May : Weekly zoom session 7:00pm – 8:15pm

Saturday 1st June : In-person get together – Walk in Ravensdale Forest, Co.Louth  10:30am-12:00pm

Monday 3rd June : Weekly zoom session 7:00pm – 8:15pm

Monday 10th June : Weekly zoom session 7:00pm – 8:15pm

Shirlí Muldoon Mallon

Vitality Vibe Founder, Yoga, Meditation & Wellness Coach

I have been teaching yoga for 15+ years alongside other healing modalities such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Stress Management, Nutrition and Breathing practices. 

I had a really serious car accident in 2012 which involved years of recovery.  During that time I soaked up all the knowledge I could on how to Heal the Body and the Mind.  This program incorporates many of those skills and have implemented over the years working with clients 1-1 and also in large corporations.

For me, our Food choices, Movement, Stillness and how we chose to Think are the major pillars of Vitality. 

When I’m not working I love hanging out with my dog Chunk, swimming in the sea with my gal pals, horse-rinding and pottering in my garden!

Biocognitive and Transpersonal Psychologist

Marcus will lead our weekly Zoom Mindset Sessions.  These sessions are critical to your success as what we believe and how we think impacts every single area of our lives. 

Marcus holds a primary degree in Humanities with further studies in Biocognitive and Transpersonal Psychology. 

He is the author or a number of books including the highly acclaimed ‘The Contradictions of Life’

He has coached many leading companies and stakeholders around the world through culture change processes and  has a reputation for being a ‘constructive, disruptive force’ that will take you out of your Comfort Zone and challenge the way you think and the stories you hold onto that keep you stuck, keep you from fully embracing life and from achieving all you dream of.

Q.1 What accountability support will I have to stay with the program?

We know sometimes life can get really busy and it can be difficult to stay on track.  Through 1:1 support with Shirlí and Marcus they will guide you through the ebbs and flows to keep you focused and motivated. 

Q.2 Who can benefit from this program?

This program offers a spectrum of benefits and is suitable for anyone seeking improvement in their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual well-being and relationships. 

It will assist anyone grappling with their weight, an overactive mind or aiming to transform their relationship with oneself or others. 

Q.3 Do I need any prior experience in yoga or meditation?

No, not at all.  The yoga sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.  Both the meditation and breathing practices start at a foundational level and gradually work upwards each week.

Q.4 How much time will I need to dedicate to this program weekly?

The educational videos are all short and sweet and could be listened to instead of watched!  The longest video is 25 minutes with most being 10-15 minutes.  The yoga practices are no longer than 30 minutes and the meditation and breathing exercises are between 10 and 20 minutes.  Your weekly Live mindset coaching is 1 hour 15 minutes so a total of 4-5 hours weekly will see you master all the content. 

Q.5 What are the technical requirements?

You will need a wifi connection and a phone/laptop/tablet device to watch the content and attend the live zoom sessions.  You will also need the WhatsApp app to join the support group.

Q.6 Is financial aid available?

I know from experience when I was injured and had the time to learn, I didn’t have the funds as I wasn’t working!  So definitely get in touch if you feel drawn to this program but feel it’s out of your budget.  

Q.7 How do I get access to the course materials?

Having been accustomed to live yoga classes I never imagined it any other way. Along came lockdown and Zoom yoga classes were a lifeline both for the yoga content and the banter with Shirli and the group. Then Vitality Vibe arrived and I thought initially that it wouldn’t be for me. I doubted my own motivation to use the site and if I did it would be a “robotic” process! But, knowing I could cancel at any time, I took up membership and joined a whole new world....... Yoga classes recorded from live classes (some of which I had attended) so nothing “robotic” about them. Shirli’s teaching is so natural and easy to follow, with options for all abilities and the banter is still there! The options for doing my practice are varied. I can choose the length of time I want to spend and choose the areas I want to work on (all clearly laid out). I also like to walk and I have used the site for short (18 mins) sessions to loosen up before a long hill walk. Yoga, with all its options, is only a part of what is available from Vitality Vibe. There’s an entire medical cabinet waiting to be discovered.
