Restorative Yoga, Intention Setting & Yoga Nidra

This monthly session takes place around the New Moon as it is a perfect time to pause and set personal intentions about what you want to manifest and bring to reality during the upcoming month.

This session is really gentle, it’s all about slowing down, taking the time to reset, to release what has accumulated throughout the past month and to set clear goals or intentions for the month ahead.

Intuitive Eating & Movement Workshop

New Year’s Eve Yoga & Intention Setting

A morning to Move, Meditate, Breathe and set our intentions for 2023!

I love to indulge over Christmas and eat all the treats that only come along at this time of year such as my neighbours pudding! Thank you Madge!

But after a few days of pudding, prosecco, chocolate mikado’s and sandwiches filled with leftovers, I begin to feel bloated and icky!

But life is all about balance so with that in mind I am hosting a live class in Felda gym on Saturday 31st of December, a little movement to balance out the indulgence!

Christmas Restorative Yoga & Soundbath

This two hour session will be a deeply relaxing and restorative time out just for you to assist in releasing your festive stress!

Let us welcome you to our warm, cosy candlelit studio where you will greeted by the festive scents of orange, cinnamon & clove.

This will be a deeply restful yoga practice that is passive in nature & suitable for all abilities. It will include a 45 minute sound bath where you just lie down, get cosy and allow the deep vibrations and soothing sounds to bring peace to your mind and heart.

Yin Yoga – to relieve tight Hips

Yin yoga can be an excellent tool for relieving tight hips.
Tight hips create movement dysfunctions that stress the lower back and the knees.
During this Yin Yoga practice, postures will be held anywhere from two to five minutes allowing us to target the fascia surrounding the hip joints.

This is when the magic happens! By releasing the fascia we begin to create greater range of motion in the joint.
