In this live class our area of focus is the three muscles which make up the buttocks: the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus.
We begin this class by opening up the front of the body before moving into the hamstrings. Grab a belt for this one!
Often if the front of the body is short and tight it is difficult to release the back of the body where our hamstrings are so in this session we will begin by opening up the front body.
