In this lesson we begin with some abdominal breathing and then open up the whole body – shoulders, spine, hamstrings and hips.
In this class we recap our belly breathing and then move onto exercises on hands & knees.
In this class we remain on our back for the entire class, beginning with diaphragmatic breathing and then working through all the body parts to increase mobility.
Our focus in this class is on the spine, hips, wrist joints, shoulders & neck.
In this class we remain standing and work on mobilising every joint from the feet up. We also work on improving our balance!
In this class we remain standing the entire time and work on creating more freedom in the joints.
