This two hour session will be a deeply relaxing and restorative time out just for you.
Let us welcome you to our warm, cosy candlelit studio where you will greeted by the festive scents of orange, cinnamon & clove.
🌬️ We will begin the session with a gentle yet powerful breath technique to help release accumulated stress and tension from both the mind and the heart.
🧘 Followed by a deeply restful yoga practice that is passive in nature utilising bolsters, blocks & blankets to gently open the body. It is is suitable for practitioners of all levels and releases physical tension from both the body and the mind.
🔔 Lastly a 45 minute sound bath where you just lie down, get cosy and allow the deep vibrations and soothing sounds to bring relief from many different ailments and stress related conditions.
🙏 We will seal the session with a short meditation setting our intentions for Christmas and family.
Our mission is to provide you with a safe space where you can slow down and reset.

Meet your hosts!
Shirlí became a certified yoga instructor in 2012 through a traditional ashram in India.
In 2013 she was in an RTA that resulted in multiple injuries, the most significant a traumatic brain injury and a break in the C5 vertebrae in her neck.
This accident became her catalyst for seeking and trying all types of healing modalities. She proceeded to continue her education both in Ireland and the UK and holds certificates in prenatal, childrens, athletes and aqua yoga.
She has studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation extensively spending time in ashrams, monasteries and meditation centres in India, Thailand and Ireland.
She is a YogaBody certified breathing coach and has participated in workshops with Patrick McKeown, author of The Oxygen Advantage.
Her passion for physical and mental health is evident in her teachings and she leaves her audiences feeling inspired and motivated.
Ola has been practising yoga for 20 years. Part of her training took place in Rishikesh (India) and also in Yoga Boann, Ireland.
She is a qualified level 2 sound therapist and a level 1 gong therapist. She is also a fully qualified breath work coach and gymnastics instructor.
