Our fun and accessible classes incorporate movement, breathwork and guided relaxation.
WHAT MAKES OUR CLASSES DIFFERENT?
Our sessions are not what you’d typically encounter in a fitness studio. Instead, our purpose-built classes concentrate on training areas of the body where desk workers stand to derive the most benefit.
We prioritise strengthening commonly weak and overworked muscles while relieving tension in muscles that get shortened when we sit.
We offer two formats of corporate yoga class:
Desk Yoga and/or Mat Yoga
Our desk-based classes are ideal for smaller spaces and timeframes, while our mat-based classes provide a more complete and vigorous workout.
🎯 We target issues such as:
- Forward head carriage (AKA ‘tech neck’)
- Long held tension around the head, neck, jaw, and shoulders
- Chronically weak and tight hip muscles from prolonged sitting
- Relieving pressure on the spinal discs
- Habitual hunching of the upper back and shallow breathing
- Lower back pain and sciatica
- Anxiety, disconnection from the body and ‘living from the neck up’

Shirli took on a group from PTSB and I can only describe the overall experience as phenomenal. The benefits were felt from day 1 of the 6 week program. The sessions were both fun and beneficial. Shirli visited our school during our annual Health & Well Being week. She spent the day introducing Yoga to all age groups and discussing health and wellness tips with our students.
Shirli created an environment which was not just inviting but with a calming and relaxing vibe. This was the first time for many students to participate in yoga and self-reflection through exercise.

I would be lying if I said all students were keen to participate. I did have to coerce many of our male Rugby students through the door. However, I wish I could bottle up their gratitude and appreciation for yoga when they were leaving the class.

A joy to be around
As team leader for World Skills Ireland, I contacted Shirlí to assist with the team’s preparation before their competition in Abu Dhabi. During their session with Shirlí they learned techniques to help them feel calm and in control which they implemented at the World Skills event. Shirlí was definitely able to connect with the team.
Shirlí has been teaching yoga and meditation classes in our office for the past 3 years. She creates a warm and positive environment and we leave the classes feeling positive and ready for the day ahead. She was also a part of our wellness day when management invited her in to give workshops on meditation.
