In this video you will learn how to calculate how much sugar is in your food.

The WHO (world health organisations recommends no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar per day for women and no more than 9 teaspoons for men.

– Look at the nutritional information
– Go to Carbohydrates
– ‘Of which sugars’
– Divide that number by 4

For example 20g of sugar divided by 4 = 5 teaspoons
