Evening Yoga Series 2 – to undo sitting all day

I created this series to help you unwind from your day and prepare you for a great nights sleep! 

This practice is designed for someone who has been sitting in a chair all day!

We work on releasing all the muscles at the front of the body that tend to become short and tight from hours of sitting.

We finish with 8 minutes of shavasana to release all the built up tension from your day.
