Sometimes she’s flying solo, other times she invites experts in their field to join her. Her mission is always to inform and to educate her participants in a light hearted and fun way.
Full Moon Meditation & Soundbath for Grief
Everyone faces loss at one time or another—it’s a substantial part of the human experience and it shows up in unexpected forms and often during unexpected times.
It may arise when you lose a family member, friend, or beloved pet. Grief may be part of the heartache of a divorce. You may grieve the loss of youth, or perhaps you grieve the life you aspired to live or the child you planned to someday nurture.
Half Day Retreat
Ramble – Yoga – Meditate – Munch! As the old saying goes: “𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝑤𝑎𝑦 𝑡𝑜 𝑚𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑖𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡”. This half day retreat takes place on Camlough mountain and at my home.
My goal is to provide you with an opportunity to take time out for yourself, to slow down and reset your nervous system utilising nature, breathwork, meditation and movement. So when you leave you feel as if you have been reset, your thinking mind is quieter and you feel a sense of calm and coherence.
Full Moon Celebration
Join me under the full moon as we take time out to connect to our intuitive wisdom, time to move, breathe, chant and release.
Soul Sunday – Cultivating Self Love
This event is all about taking some time out to practice self-care, self-love and connect with your own intuitive wisdom.
Think of it as a gift, to you from you!
The morning will involve a Womb Blessing Meditation, a Cacao Ceremony, Restorative Yoga, Meditation & teachings for Living in Flow.
Restorative Yoga for Anxiety
This class will be held live in Felda gym and streamed on Zoom simultaneously so you can participate in person or from the comfort of your own home.
This workshop is designed to help take your body out of ‘fight or flight’ mode.
We will do this through specific breathwork, movement and meditation.
North East Business Academy Talk
Shirlí has over 20 years’ experience working in the wellness industry and along with a team of experts in their field, she is on a mission to help businesses build a resilient workforce by empowering people to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Shirlí is going to share with us some really useful information on the effects of altering our breathing to tap into the nervous system.
Yin to Undo the Damage of Sitting
Our Yin Yoga workshop coming up on Sunday, 24th January will help to alleviate the painful side effects of “computer pose” – both the physical and the emotional. Computer pose consists of an overly rounded spine, forward slumping shoulders and a displacement of the skull that over extends the neck.
Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental health awareness week was established in 1990 to educate and increase awareness surrounding mental illness. It takes place this year from Sunday 4th October to Saturday 10th October 2020. I am delighted to be a part of the Giggles Early Years mental health awareness week schedule.
Summer Solstice Sunrise Beach Yoga
To celebrate our summer solstice I would love for you to join me for a sunrise practice on the beach! We meet on the beach at 5am, watch the sunrise over the Cooley mountains as we breathe slowly and deeply. Then practice our sun salutations – a gentle practice suitable for all levels.
