The beautiful Emma Rose from Octagon Health Studio will join us for this month’s Full Moon practice.
We will meet on the beach at 9:30pm and practice our moon salutations accompanying each one with a full moon affirmation. Emma will then guide us through a soul soothing soundbath. Wear loose, comfy and warm clothing. Just bring your lovely self, a yoga mat and a blanket for the soundbath.
This event last year was pure MAGIC! We had a great bunch of yogis that contributed to a fantastic atmosphere, the weather was warm, the tide was rolling in as we finished and we hung back afterwards sharing tea and buns!
Fingers crossed for weather again this time around! Looking forward to seeing you all there.
