I am blessed to live half way up a mountain in a 200 year old stone cottage so our half day retreat will take place on both the mountain and in my home.
My goal is to provide you with an opportunity to take time out for yourself, to slow down and reset your nervous system utilising nature, breathwork, meditation and movement. So when you leave you feel as if you have been reset, your thinking mind is quieter and you feel a sense of calm and coherence.
The day will begin with a 40 minute ramble through Camlough forest to the top of Camlough mountain where you are rewarded with spectacular views everywhere you look!
When we reach the top we will roll out our mats and enjoy the peace and serenity that nature and meditation has to offer.
After this we will make our way back down the mountain to my home for some gentle yoga. The practice will have a focus on breathing and mindful movement to trigger the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, which when activated, signals the body and mind to relax.
We will finish up by celebrating the pleasure of delicious food that just so happens to be good for you!

You will need a general level of fitness to get to the top of Camlough Mountain, some of the hills are quite demanding but we will be taking our time.
