For this practice I was asked to do something to ground the body and bring us out of our ‘monkey mind’
We begin by setting our intention for the day and then we practice an unusual technique to ground the body by lifting & dropping the bum.
Then we practice a breathing technique where we exhale through the nose and strike the ribs with our elbows.
We roll through our Sun Salutations and finish with a mantra based breath practice ‘So Hung’
