Live Class Tuesday 14th February 2023

As it’s Valentines Day, this session is all about self-love, self-care and going gently.

The requests for this class were:

– shoulders
– back
– glutes

We begin reclined on a cushion and block to begin gently opening the upper back and shoulders while releasing tension physically and mentally.

We recite affirmations throughout this class and finish with a self love breathing practice.
