We begin this session with a short body scan to help slow down the monkey mind. We practice a wonderful hip opening exercise that you can practice at home anytime – no mat or yoga clothes needed! We move through a sun salutation flow focusing on the hips and finish with a breathing practice called Lion’s breath.
