I was asked to work on the following areas:
– Neck
– Upper Back
– Hips
– Hamstrings
– Calf Muscles
– Slow & gentle
We begin on the back connecting to the breath. We work into the hips, hamstrings & spine all in a reclined position.
We move into a gentle flow followed by eagle pose and a hamstring stretch.
Finishing with a short shavasana relaxing the back chain of the body.
