This is our first session of 2023 so I was asked to take it nice & easy and to do some work on calming the nervous system.
We begin by releasing accumulated stress through 3 specific breathing practices. These practices are designed to bring us out of our heads and to connect us to our hearts again.
We move though seated salutations, salutations on our knees and then standing salutations.
We finish with a 10 minute guided relaxation.
