Live Class Tuesday 21st February 2023

The requests I received for this session were:

– go gently

– upper back

– shoulders

– stress relief

We begin seated with a gentle body scan to build self awareness, body awareness so that we can modify our practice for the body that has showed up on the mat in this moment.

Followed by a breath practice to both warm up the shoulders and open the heart space. Finishing with relaxation and loving kindness prayer.
