Live Class Tuesday 21st March 2023

The requests I received for this evening’s session were as follows:

-Hips
-Core
-Lower back
-Neck
-Shoulders
-Planks

We begin seated practicing Lion’s breath which is great for releasing tension from the jaw.

We work all the above area’s in our sun salutation flow.

Finishing up with a guided body scan releasing any remaining physical tension.
