Neck

Upper back

Shoulders

Hamstrings

Hands

Breathing to help with a busy day

We begin on our backs releasing the hips and the hamstrings. We work on stretching the forearms and each individual finger. We practice neck stretches and a shoulder opener utilising a strap/belt. We conclude with alternate nostril breathing.
