In this session I was asked to work on the following:
- Neck
- Upper back
- Arms
- Core
- Chest
- Hips
- Breathing to de-stress
We begin with a 10 minute restorative posture to help open the chest, upper back and shoulders. We gently move through a flow sequence to work the core and the hips.
We practice 4 shoulder movements to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. Finishing with a short guided relaxation.
