Our weekly Live Tuesday evening class – 20th December 2022
The requests I received for this session were:
Relaxation
Slowing down
Shoulders
Hamstrings
We begin seated engaging with our 5 senses and consciously connecting with the breath.
To target the hamstrings we begin with a shortened downward dog and then ragdoll pose.
We flow through sun salutations focusing on the shoulders and conclude with a 10 minute shavasana where we question our worries . .
Will this matter in 5 years time?
Is this worth my peace?
What are the chances?
Am I right to think that?
We begin with a seated meditation noticing the still point in the breath and finish with a guided relaxation lying down.
