🌙 The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and fresh starts.

A time to pause and set personal intentions about what you want to manifest and bring to reality during the upcoming month.

Goals/intentions set the compass and enable a plan. Without them another month slips by sort of rudderless and we wonder where on earth the month has gone!

🌬️ This candlelit session will begin with powerful breath work to create a pattern interrupt in your energetic field to help you to release where you may have become ‘stuck’ in your thoughts. It creates fluidity between the heart and the brain.

🧘 Followed by Restorative Yoga, which is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels and releases physical tension from both the body and the mind.

📔 After releasing where we may have become stuck, both physically and energetically we will take the time to journal all that we are calling into our lives.

The new moon offers an energising and exciting time to recalibrate your energy for the upcoming cycle and bring an upgraded level of consciousness to the dreams you long to make a reality.

🙏 We will conclude with a Yoga Nidra – the term Yoga Nidra means yogic or psychic sleep. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided meditation.

The practice draws our attention inwards, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances and becomes quiet and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness and relaxation.

My inspiration for this session is to provide you with an opportunity to slow down and reset bringing balance back to the body, mind and soul.

🌙

A place in which to pause and and bring a upgraded level of consciousness to the dreams you long to make a reality.

My sessions are always informative (I have 10+ years experience teaching), suitable for all abilities (I offer modifications) and light hearted (I like to have fun!)

This event takes place in a quiet, warm, candlelit purpose built studio in Felda Gym.  There is free parking onsite along with a cafe, spa and hair salon,

Q.1 Do I need to have yoga experience or great flexibility?

No.  Restorative yoga is a slow paced form of yoga and most of the stretches are done in a supine position.  I offer lots of modifications to suit all abilities.

Q.2 What should I wear?

Something that is warm and comfy.  As the pace is slow you won’t be generating much heat.  The room is cosy, however I always like big fluffy socks and fleece when I’m doing a restorative session!  Also as we begin to down-regulate the nervous system the core temperature of the body begins to drop.

Q.3 What should I bring?

I provide everything you will need in terms of equipment however if you would like to bring your own mat, please do or a blanket for relaxation.

Q.4 How do I get there?

Felda is very easy to find, located on the main Dublin road from Dundalk to Castlebellingham, next to the Fairways hotel and Supervalu.  If you enter ‘Felda Health Fitness & Spa’ into Google maps, it will bring you to the door!
