These sessions can literally be just you and Shirlí or yourself and your spouse or friend with Shirlí. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these are a great way to enhance your practice and gain valuable 1-1 attention. These sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs, goals and abilities. A one-to-one session allows for a deeper exploration of the practice and can help you to progress faster than in a group class.

Shirlí can also offer personalised  advice on breathing, meditation, and other aspects of well-being, and help you to develop a home practice
that meets your specific needs. Shirlí will arrange a convenient time for you both and infuse your session with fun and positivity.
