I created this program for people who literally feel ‘stiff as a poker’ and who think they are beyond saving in terms of their flexibility!
My intention here was to create a program that was accessible to everyone regardless of their current range of motion. A program where they would feel a sense of accomplishment and one that would inspire them to continue their yoga journey afterwards.
This program has no complicated yoga poses, no sitting cross legged and is ideal if you struggle to touch your knees, never mind your toes.
All of the lessons take less than 30 minutes to complete making it ideal to incorporate into your day.
