Sugar and processed foods are known to increase inflammation in soft tissue, which leads to aches and pains in your joints.
Move it or lose it! Our joints need gentle movement, such as yoga, to lubricate and give us greater range of motion leaving us less likely to pick up injuries to trip or fall.

Throughout this program we will challenge your way of thinking, your belief systems and the stories you tell yourself that are holding you back from achieveing your goals.

This Program Will Transform Your Life
I do not make the statement ‘this program will transform your life’ lightly. I whole heartedly believe in the practices that I teach as I have lived through the pain and discomfort associated with too much. Too much stress, too much overthinking, too much processed foods, too much busyness.
Let me guide you.
I have been teaching yoga for 15+ years alongside other healing modalities such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Stress Management and Breathing practices.
I had a really serious car accident in 2012 which nearly ended my life and involved years of recovery. During that time I soaked up all the knowledge I could on how to keep a body healthy and strong.
I became very clear in understanding how precious life is and how quickly the lights can go out. For me, our food choices, movement and how we chose to think are the major pillars of vitality.
When I’m not working I love hanging out with my Bernese, Chunk, swimming in the sea with my gal pals, horse-rinding and pottering in my garden!
I have invited Marcus McKeown to lead our weekly zoom mindset sessions.
Marcus holds a primary degree in Humanities with further studies including Biocognitive and Transpersonal Psychology, Philosophy, Organisation Development and Aviation.
He is the author or a number of books and has coached many leading companies and stakeholders around the world through culture change processes. He has a reputation for being a ‘constructive, disruptive force’ and will make your comfortable uncomfortable, challenging the way you think and the stories you hold onto that just may be holding you back from achieving all you dream of.
