‘Stiff as a Poker’ – Lesson 4 – Belly Breathing

I named this series ‘stiff as a poker’ as that is how a lot of people who have never tried yoga before feel!

This series has no complicated yoga poses. No sitting cross legged or anything that would put you off joining in!

In this lesson we remain lying on our back for the entire class beginning with abdominal breathing then moving every little joint in the body!
