‘Stiff as a Poker’ – Lesson 5 – Hands & Knees

I named this series ‘stiff as a poker’ as that is how a lot of people who have never tried yoga before feel!

This series has no complicated yoga poses. No sitting cross legged or anything that would put you off joining in!

In this lesson we begin with abdominal breathing then explore Childs pose, some gentle core work and Downward Dog.
