To celebrate our summer solstice I would love for you to join me for a sunrise practice on the beach!

We meet on the beach at 5am, watch the sunrise over the Cooley mountains as we breathe slowly and deeply.

Then practice our sun salutations – a gentle practice suitable for all levels.

And finish with some intention setting – life and growth is associated with the sun – so our intention setting will focus on how we would like to grow, to develop as we move forwards into our summer.

We will follow this up with a warm cuppa and some breakfast treats!

Just bring your flask and a wee breakfast bar, I’ll also have some treats to share.

The weather is looking great! Very gentle breeze, temp of 10* with a big yellow sun in the sky!

For everyone’s safety and to adhere to government guidelines I will place flags in the sand 2m apart as a guide. Please be mindful and respectful of each other.

Wear loose, comfy, warm clothing. Bring your lovely self, a yoga mat and a blanket for watching the sunrise.

I went to the beach this morning – Monday 25th May and watched the sunrise over the Cooley mountains and it was pure bliss and the inspiration for this event.

I hope you can make this truly delightful, memorable experience. Big love to you all!

Chunk will of course be with me if anyone fancies a socially distant walk along the beach afterwards!
