We chat about eating your frog first thing in the morning! We wake up the core muscles, move through a strong sun salutation flow and finish with a 3 minute breathing practice inhaling for 5, exhaling for 5.

In this session we focus on: – Neck – Shoulders – Stress Relief We begin with alternate nostril breathing to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain. We flow through sun salutations, practice wide leg spinal twists and then sit again for our neck stretches. Finishing with a 5 minute shavasana.
