The Breath Series – Breathing to Settle the Mind

This is a great practice for settling the mind as we need to focus quite intently on the breath.

We breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth 4 times.

Then we switch and breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose 4 times.

We continue in this pattern alternating between inhaling through the nose and inhaling through the mouth for 11 minutes.
