The MindShift Series – Lesson 5 – Depression

In this series we learn how to master our minds which in turn leads to mastery of our emotions and our behaviour.

In this session I teach a breathing technique to lift the heavy feeling of depression from our energetic body.

I chat about how we can strengthen the brain to become more resilient against depression through regular meditaion and we practice a meditation that allows our feelings to come to the surface.
