Yoga for All – Neck & Upper Back – Live

In this practice our focus is on the shoulders and upper back.

We begin with a 4×6 breath practice which helps to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system allowing us to unwind from our day.

We conclude with a relaxing body scan where we push the tension down through the body from the scalp to the toes.
