My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life, regardless of whether you can or can’t touch your toes.

Restorative Yoga & Intention Setting

The aim of this class is to provide you with an opportunity once a month to pause, to rest, to release and to reflect.
This candlelit session includes Powerful breathwork, Restorative yoga, Journaling, Meditation and Social connection.
Yin Yoga Masterclass

Yin is a specific style of yoga which primarily targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, the tendons, ligaments and fascia.
This class is ideal if you’re looking to transform your flexibility. To increase your flexibility you need an approach that includes passive, long-hold stretches with appropriate breathing to turn off your nervous system’s stretch reflex.

Shirlí offers private sessions in the comfort of your own home or in your workplace.
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these are a great way to enhance your practice and gain valuable 1-1 attention.
These sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs and include a detailed program. Shirlí will arrange a convenient time for you both and infuse your session with fun and positivity.
Shirlí became a certified yoga instructor in 2012 and established Shirlí Yoga.
In 2013 she was in a car accident that resulted in multiple injuries, the most significant a traumatic brain injury and a break in the C5 vertebrae in her neck. This accident became her catalyst for seeking and trying all types of healing modalities and she embarked on a journey of understanding how the mind and body can be influenced through our daily habits.
Vitality Vibe was created so she could share these findings with you.
Shirlí received her Yoga Alliance RYT200 certificate through a traditional ashram in India. She proceeded to continue her education both in Ireland and the UK and holds certificates in prenatal, childrens, athletes and aqua yoga.
She has studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation extensively in Ireland, India and Thailand. She has attended several workshops with Patrick McKeown (Director of the Buteyko Breathing Method clinic) and became a Yoga Alliance certified breath coach in September 2020.
Her passion for physical and mental health is evident in her teachings and she leaves her audiences feeling inspired and motivated.
