Roll out of bed and onto your mat! The class begins with ‘Sun Salutations’ to gently warm up the body followed by ‘Yin style’ postures which are held for 3-4 minutes.

Each week a different area of the body is targeted, making it an ideal class for those who find themselves quite stiff and tight such as athletes or those with sedentary jobs.
We practice breathing techniques to give you a sense of clarity. The movements develop mobility and increase range of motion and we finish with a short meditation to set your intention for your weekend ahead.
